These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saachi.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Novino Trading LLC ("Saachi Store", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices on the Site are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, cancel orders arising from such errors, and refuse or limit the quantity of any order, at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we confirm it (by email or order confirmation). We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, and will notify you if this occurs.

4. Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card (processed securely via Stripe) and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to the charges described in our Shipping Policy. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery charges, timeframes, and related terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Applicable products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or accidents.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Novino Trading LLC and is protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent orders).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Novino Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including loss of profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, including in respect of fraud or willful misconduct.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Novino Trading LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
