Shipping Policy

Saachi Store (operated by Novino Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) currently ships only within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Delivery Charges

Orders under AED 100: AED 10 standard delivery charge.
Orders of AED 100 or more: free standard delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD): an additional AED 10 COD handling charge applies on top of any standard delivery charge above.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control (weather, courier delays, incomplete address information, etc.). We will notify you if we expect a significant delay to your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (or COD order placement). You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a further notification once your order is out for delivery, where available.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card via Stripe, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided, and that your contact number is correct. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after repeat attempts may be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply to redeliver.
